rm12 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the rm12 platform. By registering for or using any rm12 service, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the rm12 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm12 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The rm12 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. rm12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account found to be below the minimum age requirement. Use of this platform from regions where such activity is prohibited under local law is entirely the user's responsibility.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on rm12. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any fund balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rm12 reserves the right to request identity verification via official documents at any time.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rm12 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact rm12 support immediately to request a temporary account freeze.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rm12 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm12 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the system.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Distributing harmful, defamatory, or threatening content to other users or rm12 staff.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and rm12 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the rm12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits must be made using the payment methods listed on the platform — including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB, and FPX. rm12 does not accept payments from third parties or unverified sources. Credits will be applied to your account once payment is confirmed by the system, typically within a few minutes.
Fund Withdrawal & Verification
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the rm12 account holder. rm12 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until identity verification is completed. Where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, rm12 reserves the right to freeze funds while an investigation is conducted. Any transaction disputes must be reported to support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Rm12 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control, such as network outages, third-party system failures, or natural disasters. rm12's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of that user's active deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the rm12 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, brand names, and software — is the exclusive property of rm12 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without written authorisation from rm12.
Rm12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or security threat. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements. Valid fund balances may be claimed through the review process established by rm12.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Rm12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the rm12 platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
The rm12 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rm12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review the terms of service of any third-party provider separately before use.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the rm12 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed procedures, and where necessary, through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
